It's a straight-piped quattroporte.

The Quattroporte is on the list of cars that I must own at some point.

My friend’s dad is planning to pick one up later this year, and straight pipe it.

Think he can handle the maintenance?
They’re very needy and expensive cars to keep running at optimal condition, skipping maintenance kills them. So many people buy them who can’t afford them and then they slowly deteriorate until the find their way onto sketchy used car lots.

He makes around $200k net a year, I’m pretty sure he can afford to maintain it.

Sorry
-a Canadian.

Yeah, that’s probably enough haha. I’d say $100k a year would be the minimum to keep one going for DD duties.

05-08. I know the early ones had some teething issues, but he still loves them.

Ah, nice. Sport GT S models would be great for him also.

There is one in my tiny town and it sounds glorious and I think its stock. I wonder about his mental abilities buying such a car and if he realizes the maintenance cost. Or he is in fact smart and considered this before buying and is a car guy and we should be freinds even though I drive a lowly miata.
